A: Because we have an exclusive recipe that uses 30% of cheese in the dough (double the amount of a traditional recipe). And we also use two different types of cheese typical from Brazil: “meia cura” and “frescal”

2) Does the cheese buns have the same standard in all Casa do Pão de Queijo stores?
A: Yes, our modern plant located in Itupeva – SP, produces and distributes Dona Arthêmia’s cheese buns throughout the country. The products arrive frozen and are baked in the stores. The same happens with our salted pastry and turnovers.

3) How are the juices made?
A: They are prepared in the plant, with high quality selected fruits. They are mixed in the hour, in the store, and can be added to sugar or sweetener.

4) Can I order a warm muffin?
A: Yes, you just have to request that when ordering.

5) How is the Panini made?
A: The Panini is our regular cheese buns which is pressed and served warm. You can order our Panini with different types of fillings.

6) Can I take the Casa do Pão de Queijo products home?
A: Sure. We offer a frozen 250-gram package of small cheese buns ready to be baked at home. It is an exclusive product which is pre-baked and it is ready in only 5 minutes. You can buy it in any of our stores. You can also take our products home in our special box which comes with special promotions.

7) Can I organize a coffee break in my office with Casa do Pão de Queijo products?
A: Sure. You just have to contact the nearest store and make an order by phone or personally.

8) How many cheese buns and coffee does Casa do Pão de queijo sell?
A: Casa do Pão de Queijo sells 30 million cheese buns and 36 million cups of coffee a year.

9) Are there Casa do Pão de Queijo stores abroad?
A: Casa do Pão de Queijo has 1 store in Miami and 3 stores in Portugal.
